Shipping, Returns and Fulfillment Policy
All of our candles are made by hand, and most can be ready to ship to the customer within 1 week of order receipt. However, order fulfillment times can take longer during busy holiday months.

Product Care & Satisfaction
Our candles are all made in-house and by hand with natural wax and other natural materials. This means that there will always be slight variances in colour and dimensions. For us, this is part of the beauty of what we do. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving your goods. You will be responsible for delivering or covering the return shipping cost of your item, and this shipping cost is non-refundable. Once the return has been processed, Barletta will refund the value of the goods and/or exchange for you. Please retain the proof of the return postage: in case of the parcel loss, no reimbursement is possible without this proof. Please email info@barlettabeeswax.com for the return address.
If for any reason you are not happy with how the candle burns in its lifetime, please see the candle care instructions. If these tips aren’t useful, please email us and we will do our best to help. Refunds and exchanges are available on case by case basis via email. We guarantee satisfaction of all our products.

Amidst ongoing real-time changes to shipping logistics, tariff policy, and customs policies, we are not yet offering US shipping as standard through our online store. We will very soon offer international shipping - stay tuned!

Local Pickup
Yes, you can pick up locally in the Winnipeg area between the hours of 9am and 3pm! You may select local pickup as your preferred shipping method at checkout. Orders can be picked up from our fulfillment partner, Kemel Distribution, located at 684 Dufferin Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2W 2Z4. Ensure you bring a record of purchase, like invoice number or receipt.
